**Shipping Policy**

**Returns Policy**

1. **Return Eligibility**: We accept returns on eligible items within [7 days] days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. **Return Process**: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [contact email or phone number] to request a return authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number and reason for the return in your communication. Once you receive your RA number, securely package the item and ship it back to us at the address provided along with the RA number.

3. **Return Shipping**: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return shipment, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. **Refund Process**: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within  7 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and for the credit to be reflected in your account.

5. **Exchanges**: We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you may return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
